4 Years of Sharing JapanLove 🇯🇵 + Our Original JLM Souvenir Jacket 🌊

Hi everyone!

Last April 12, Japan Lover Me turned 4 years since our first launch. A lot has changed since then! : )

So happy that this baby of ours has been consistently progressing over the years! 🙂

It’s been a very challenging adventure but we’re all in for the fun ride!

Just yesterday, the actual boxes for JLM STORE & souvenir jacket samples from our partner maker have arrived!

I’m so proud of this design project because it used to be just an idea before even when we were struggling to setup JLM STORE.

Many thanks to Chichi / Little Miss Paintbrush for always putting your 1000% effort into everything that we all do. :”)

Souvenir jacket preorder will start soon at Japan Lover Me Store! Make sure to subscribe to our mailing list 😉

Spring in Japan With My Family 🌸

Hi everyone!

Here’s a quick update and some photos from our family vacation here in Tokyo.

It’s been real fun so far & I’m so happy that I get to show them around places that I also enjoy.

Ever since, my parents have always been hardworking and busy at work…. so this trip really means a lot to all of us. I still do not know how this trip came possible (to save up for the three of us seemed impossible omg) but I strongly believe that there was a divine intervention along the way. Haha!

I’m planning on making a more “descriptive” blog entry in the future but for now, these will do! ; )

Wore kimono and strolled around Asakusa. It was their first time to experience this! 💕

Yesterday night, out of impulse, I made a line blog. It’s for my Nihongo practice! 頑張ります!

Another Sakura Dream

Fetching my parents from the airport yesterday night was such a dream.

When I moved to Japan almost 5 years ago, I promised myself that zettai, zettai (absolutely).. I will do my best to bring my parents here and give them an all-expense paid trip. For me to finish my degree in a private university in Manila, my Mom and Dad worked their very best to support. And I will always be grateful for them because of that… I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them.

Now that I have established myself here, I’ve decided that it is about time to payback everything. And this beautiful sakura season, I will be showing them around and we will all have an unforgettable time together.

I can’t wait to share more stories about this trip.

Hope you guys have a wonderful Spring break as well! 🌸

Love,
