For their last day of trip, we went to Odaiba to tour and shop for a bit.

Actually, we planned on going to Tokyo Disneyland/Disneysea but it was the weather was too gloomy.. 

If you plan to go to Odaiba, just take the Yamanote Line to Shimbashi station. From there, take the Yurikamome line to go anywhere you want in Odaiba.

 

First stop: Aqua City @ Odaiba.

Just near the Statue of Liberty replica! : )

 

Carlo had his first Japanese-style haircut! He really waited for that moment to happen, haha.

And I made him wear those mustard yellow socks from Uniqlo! : )))

After that, we went to Palette Town (パレットタウン), just near Diver City.

And then I saw… HELLO KITTY’S KAWAII PARADISE!!!

 

I feel like a 10 year old in this place. This is why I love Japan!! You’re never TOO YOUNG for cuteness!!

Hello Kitty’s Pancake Party @ Kawaii Paradise

And when you thought those were the only photos I got from the Kawaii Paradise discovery…..

I literally hopped (and Carlo mocked me a lot of times because of it) when I saw there was an ongoing pancake party @ Kawaii Paradise!!!

 

But I was too full to try. On my next visit, that’s for sure!

Life-size Gundam @ Diver City Tokyo Plaza

After that, we went to Diver City.

I’ve been meaning to go here before (it’s such a tourist spot for foreigners) but Harajuku is just too convenient for me… : )))

 

And as my friend commented about this, it’s a life-size Kaila as well! Hahaha!

HUGE! And omg, we were so lucky because it had a special presentation. The gundam did some head & smoke tricks hahaha!

Imagine if it really moved with its legs @_@

Gundam Cafe! I just noticed… why is Carlo’s Japan trip all about gundams..?? : ))

 

World’s Tallest Ferris Wheel: Daikanransha (大観覧車) at Palette Town

Since it was our.. *cough* monthsary together, he treated me with a special ride @ Daikanransha!!

Finally, I rode this!! I was waiting for the right opportunity to do so .. and it was such a dream-come-true moment when my boyfriend and I rode this together!!

WEEEEEE!
