☆ Rainbowholic Goes To 80′s Pop & Fairy-Kei Brand “SPANK!” at Koenji + Short & Sweet Sunday in Harajuku + Mini Kawaii Haul ☆; Fashion,Haul,Kawaii,Places ♥
♥
I was supposed to go out with a friend yesterday but had to cancel it a few days ago because of the sudden rush of work during weekend. Good thing I finished the first pile of work before I went crazy at home…! Imagine, I started the photoshop work at 9AM and finished it at 3PM?? That was one photoshop work experience @___@
In case I haven’t revealed this fact about myself, I’m quite the type of person who needs to be alone & outside (emphasis on this, haha) from time to time. I’ve sorely missed this refreshing feeling of going somewhere unplanned that’s why I knew I just had to be out there to spend some “me” time. After all, this is my kind of perfect Sunday here in Japan. Even though I cannot attend mass even if I wanted to, I make my Sunday (usually) a day where I can reflect and ponder about life… haha, I guess that’s a deep Kaila for you guys. :D

Because I felt free from work (lol), I wore my 2 pairs of wings. Haha!
DIY Kokeshi Doll print shirt & DIY Winged sneaker platforms by yours truly.. from Kawaii D.I.Y.

Koenji and Thrift Stores
My heart dragged me to Koenji. Oddly enough, it was my first time to go there! It’s like a thrift store paradise to Japanese people. I guess you could say this is where Japanese hipsters come to hang out together? That’s just my observation. Haha!
Felt like I was in Shimokita & Nakano at the same time!
From Shinjuku (JR), you can go here using the CHUO Line (way to Mitaka).

Artsy Fartsy

What I went for: SPANK! スパンク!

SPANK! is a popular 80′s pop disco / fairy kei brand by Tavuchi-san. There’s also a SPANK ME! shop but in Shibuya.
