After a long day at work, I can finally blog about our Boracay trip last Summer!
With my kawaii sisters (from another set of parents, haha) ~
Let's start the narration, shall we?
After our quick flight from Manila to Kalibo, we rented a taxi to reach the port.
Here's my simple (and very Filipina haha) ootd that day.
Shirt + shorts + sandals = the right combo in PH (to match the weather) ~
Stopped by to see the Tawili falls (but it was all dried up, omg haha) and here's our rented taxi /car that day! :)
Meet my travel buddies: Francis, Chichi and Kaye! For me, they are like my siblings! :)
We had an unusual way to go to the Boracay island!
Thankful for this moment. So much excitement at this point!
So, so happy!!
Just a snap of what our hostel looked like. We booked our hostel via Airbnb.
And we're ready for Day 2!
Super cute illustration by Chichi ~
Craved for milktea because of the heat!
Strolling with my friends ~
Currently missing them ;_;
Thank you ABC for my ABC x Havaianas slippers!
Had our merienda / snack at this submarine-themed mini cafe
People-watching and just spending the rest of the sunny afternoon under a big green tree.
Cooling ourselves by dipping ~
Thank you Chichi for capturing this "Baywatch" moment haha
Someday, it will be my turn. Haha!
I love you friends ~
Lucky day to watch the sunset in its full glory. There weren't clouds trolling around to hide the setting sun (unlike the next days) ~
Went to Mamita's Grill and we got a dinner treat, courtesy of Diamond Watersports management.
If you are looking for a place where to dine at night (and by the beach), we highly recommend Mamita's! Food comaaa
Unforgettable watermelon shake
Thank you Tito James and Tita Marlene for the kind arrangement! :)
How sinful is this? Huhu
Excited for the next days' water-related activities!
.. and that's how we ended our Day 2.
I can still remember how relaxing it was to just walk barefoot on the sand, watch people just have a great time with each other, and be with these three.
Can't wait to blog about the next days! <3
Thank you for reading!
