For tonight, I'm going to share my first day in Sapporo! :)
Days before the trip, I already prepared the things I would bring for my quick vacation. Actually, I was having second thoughts if I should have a checked-in luggage or not. After contemplating about it, I decided to just have a checked-in baggage (additional 1,000 JPY+) to my Peach airfare. Having all the important things with me rather than purchasing the same necessities in Hokkaido was the most practical option. Whenever I travel, I tend to bring a lot because my girly needs / body hygiene stuff are #priorities hahaha.
Many thanks to my bestfriend Leen for sending this Hokkaido travel magazine! There were notes / recommendations included inside too. Huhu, thank you Leen!
Brought my favorite Sukajan jacket and wore the super comfy "Stay Weird" shirt from MTP.
Had breakfast at Burger King while waiting for my bus to Narita.
I can't wait for my next "kawaii" adventure! <3
Some of my favorite vinyl stickers from my HK travel with Anne!
Upon arriving at the airport, I roamed around ... and craved for Tokyo Banana haha.
It was my first time to fly using Peach Airlines. The trip was ok, was just surprised how it landed. :))
My book buddy during the flight! It only took an hour from Narita to Sapporo.
Thank you Google Maps for bringing me to my airbnb place!
And I remember that it was quite chilly at night ~
To those who are wondering, this was the AIRBNB listing in Sapporo that I booked.
It's actually a Share House with fellow international people + locals. I didn't have time to socialize with everyone (and also, #AwkwardTurtl) but I had a pleasant time there. I was just surprised that there was no electric fan inside the room but it was bearable since sleeping time with the windows open was cool enough. ^^
They have English-speaking staff so the communication was okay desu!
Good thing there was a nearby grocery. Bought water + my precious bananas lolol
Second burger of the day! Burger for breakfast, burger for night! Too hungry to pick what to eat, haha.
It felt like home. :)
Could not sleep during my arrival night so I tried my best to make myself feel sleepy by reading and doodling haha. It worked! :D
Not so much happened this day but my excitement when I arrived in Sapporo.. you wouldn't even imagine how I was feeling inside, haha!
Until the next Hokaido report!
