Design Festa Vol. 34 in Photos

I had an incredible time in Design Festa! I wasn’t able to buy anything for myself (except for a tasty snack + the entrance ticket) because I’m currently saving up money. I have been impulsively shopping TOO often recently. @__@

I got LOST again. I changed so many trains that it took me around 2 hours maximum to get to Odaiba! I rode different trains and subway lines because of the crucial mistake I had during the start of my “journey to Tokyo Big Sight”. Actually, if you were a reader of this blog way back before (May 2011), you would remember one of my posts about this international bi-annual art event, the Design Festa. People who participate in this event are “twistedly” cool in a good sense. Seriously, when you thought you were great at doing something…. this is the right place to feel insecure about your artistic/creativity/imagination skills! I really love how diverse the Japanese think! So wickedly creative!

Photos from this heavy photospam are fresh from my dslr. Unedited and still cool in its own colorful glory~  :yay:

Every detail is beautiful

Please enjoy this entry! : )

Thanks so much for posting all those photos of the Design Festa! I always look forward to seeing photos and videos of this event. I would have spent so much money on art if I was there! Haha.

  2. I’ve wondered what Design Festa was like – thank you for all the shots. It looks like a cross between Christmas and Halloween/Venetian carnival! Really cool <3 !

  3. Whoaa this event looks so cool! Everyone looks awesome! I would have been so tempted to buy everything! It must have been tough to not buy anything.
