Rainbowholic’s First Time in Yokohama + The Cup Noodles Museum

I have been planning to go to Yokohama for a long time but it was only today that I could… and I’M SO HAPPY ;____;

I traveled so far! It was 33 stations away from Kita Urawa using Kehin Tohoku Line and Minato Mirai Line!!! I always use the google maps first before going out and the result shocked me @____@

From Saitama to Kanagawa @_@

I didn’t mind sitting for a long time because when I rode the train, it was around 3:00pm-ish and the view was perfect!

Good thing I brought a book with me..  :pink:

After dozing off for an hour or so, I’ve finally arrived!  :happy:

As usual, malls are always right beside train stations. So convenient for everyone..

Spotted this Totoro / Ghibli stall ;_; TOTOROOO Y U SO CUTE

AHHH, Doraemonnn! My next stop would be Doraemon / Fujiko’s Museum. It’s so hard to reserve a ticket ;_;

Yokohama is known for rollercoasters / COSMO WORLD~! I love this art piece… I wonder how they did this @_@

Because maps are fascinating ~

Thank you Kami-sama for the romaji >_<

There was a place where people can sit and watch random street performers do their stuff.

Stopped by at COSMO WORLD. I was truly enchanted by the sight! I am really going back !!

Had a special meal first. I always make sure that whenever I go to somewhere special and far, I eat interesting food…  😀

… like kuma-katachi / bear-shaped castella!

:happy:

This looks so fun to ride! I AM GOING BAAACK!

Just a normal day in Yokohama..

where the rich people show off their cars : ))

It was quite an interesting sight because they were just leaving the engine ON while their girlfriends are busy inside texting or something. The okane mochi (wealthy) life.

Saw this interesting caricature stall! The artists are so great @_@

I love how COSMO WORLD is open to everyone.

The famous “VANISH” Rollercoaster!

Tokyo Bay shore

It was really windy and refreshing earlier. It’s so hot and humid here in Saitama ;_;

Because the color is too cute.. I had to take tons of photos!

Such a lovely day it was  :heart:

CUP NOODLES MUSEUM!!

This was my purpose of coming to Yokohama.. to visit the Cup Noodles Museum and Ramen Museum!!

SO EXCITEEEEED!!!

I changed into white platform sneakers for a comfortable (and fashionable) walking experience..

And then I saw this movie poster. ;_;

THIS WAS MY CHILDHOOD!!! I wanted to hug it huhuhuhu

So sad that when I was about to pay for the entrance fee, they had just closed!! :”( If only I didn’t wander for a long time >_<

I WILL COME BACK!! and with a friend : ))

I want a shirt..

CHEESE CURRY, CHILI TOMATO AND GOLDEN CUP NOODLES????

Every tourist must visit this museum!

I’ve read that you can make your own cup noodles here. I love DIY so imagine how much I anticipated for this ;_;

Rainbowholic CUP NOODLES!  :hihi:

the cutest notepads ever!

Plastic folders..

The cutest ever @_@

Wish I can just have these all!

CHIKINNNN RAMEN!

Ain’t this the cutest chick..

CHICKIRARS~ so kawaii!

THEY HAD STICKERS and make-your-own ramen stickers @_@

No wonder Japan’s economy is forever flourishing.

Kawaii culture is just embedded in every aspect / brand!

I wanted to take this home :”(

What I missed out because I was busy walking around COSMO WORLD… huhuhuhu

I grabbed a free magazine and here’s how it looks like inside the CUP NOODLES FACTORY!!

It’s the coolest thing ever @__@

Took photos for future reference…

And then there was a black Arpakasso with Union Jack flag..

Lost totoro I spotted..

and my camera’s battery ran out. :”(

Books and Omiyage

Newest books about Japanese (pop) culture I bought from Amazon.

Since I was already there, I must buy something special! I wanna try the Chili Tomato now.. aahhhh

LOOKS SO YUMMY!!

Bought these cool notepads. Makes me want to create a CUP NOODLE SHIRT!!

:happy:

And that was today~

It’s been a while since I last discovered something new..  :star:
