The Best Christmas Gift

Good morning~! Ohayou from Japan! 🙂

First of all, a Merry, Merry Christmas to you!  :3:

Still having a little bit of Christmas Eve hangover from yesterday~ I had so much fun with my family here in Japan!

As you can tell (after my influx of posts), I am inspired and motivated to “blog” again.. the way I have always wanted to do it.

For some reason, taking photos with my buddy DSLR is one of my ways to relax myself~

I am seriously taking advantage of this holiday season to unwind.. in preparation for 2015! 😀

For practice, I took some shots of my current creative space here at our apartment! : )

Cardcaptor Sakura forever 😀

Spending Christmas and New Year in Manila

Konbanwa~

I’m so happy that (finally) I get to blog about my Philippine vacation during the holidays~! Even though my airplane rides were quite inconvenient, my vacation was well-spent with my family and friends.

I don’t regret buying (a somewhat) overpriced ticket for all the memories I’ve made during my last days of 2012. :”) Thank you to my mom who sponsored it with me ;_;

If you are a reader from 3 months or before, you’d know that the last few months had been quite a tough time for me. Coming home was such a prize …!!!  Home-cooked meals, lazy days in my pajamas, going to mass with the family, reconnecting with friends.. life couldn’t get better during that time. 🙂 It was something I really looked forward ever since life happened.

This is going to be really photo heavy. Heavier than the usual because this doesn’t only contain the usual kawaii spam, but a bit of more of my personal life I wish to share. Hehe 😛

Home Sweet Home

I had a stopover at Hongkong and because of the baggage limit (this is why I don’t recommend Cathay Pacific anymore.. they are SO strict with the baggage! Had to shell out a lot of money for my boxes huhu)..

Also, I carried those two big boxes you see.. because I had to save up for the weight. It really felt like I was an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) coming home with “Balikbayan” boxes. Maybe I am actually one right now, haha~ still in denial though.. I feel like a tourist in Japan, not a worker.  :what:

At least they served me delicious food! I booked my flight via expedia and had to select my food choices~ yay for Low Fat food!

Ever since my (life-changing) airplane ride from Amsterdam last year because of a mild gallbladder attack, I always have to think of what I eat….

Veggies, fruits, wheat bread.. this is healthy heaven for me hehe.

While on HK international airport, my Rilakkuma radar was on and saw these *_*

After a long flight and experience Christmas jungle in NAIA terminal, finally had dinner with my parents! <3

BANGUS i missed you huhuhuhu

Our home with our big Talisay tree. <3

Rainbows welcomed rainbowholic me! 😀

Because I have been a good girl…

I just came back from my 1-week Christmas trip /  reunion with my boyfriend (after 6 long months) in Hongkong! I had lots of surprises from last week and the following below are the highlights!

I promise to post more about our holiday vacation (planned this way back. and omg it did come true  😥 It was hard trying to keep this as a secret!) on my next posts. I don’t even know where to start @_____@

My first santa was Carlo.  We have been together for almost a year.. and the sad part is, the time we’re away from each other is >>> from the time we became official. HUHUHU

I don’t know how he saved up for my mini diana (from my wishlist since forever!!).. but he did. It started with a tag on facebook.. and the tag became a real gift. Y U SWEET

He was telling me to open the cabinet for my gift, and there IT WAS. HUHUHUHUHUHU  :yay:

(the chocolates were commanded to be bought so.. = ))) the ferrero rocher doesn’t really count as a surprise hehe )

I went home alone all the way from Narita… and while I was a way, Santa came by and fixed my room!

Even my duffy bears are welcoming me huhuhuhuhu

Thank you so much Ate Claire  Ate Claire is my brother’s (sweet) girlfriend 8D

And then… while I was fixing some stuff in my room, I found this unopened package..

I went @_____@ when I saw the contents! Caro from Sweet Streets LA sent me two gigantic / adorkable Hello Kitty bows from Chubby Bunny!!!!

Sweetest girl ever!!!!

Coincidentally, I also bought pairS of hello kitty glasses during my trip. And a new iPhone case to match. More on my HK shopping haul later!

:starru:   :star:

Just when I left for Hongkong, my brother sent me a photo of a package from Philippines…

It’s from Anne Kate! One of the lucky winners of my Dream Website giveaway from before….

Art <3

Also received cute usamimi headbands from her little shop, RamenBoy Shop. Super cute!! Thank you so much for sending this all the way from there!

I shall update again later~ Thank you so much everyone ;___;

Awesome Winter Vacation Ahead!

Before I start with the real post, here’s our “graduation photo” that we took with my camera last week. Who’s holding the remote? Haha~

After JLPT and 9AM classes every weekday… we all deserve a happy winter vacation for all of us! Otsukaresamadeshita, mina-san~!

My winter vacation started off with an onsen / hotspring treat! I was with my brother and his girlfriend. I love hotsprings!

And at night or just during my idle time, I watch Detective Conan. It has over 600+ episodes so I just watch random cases.

Trivia: I love Detective-themed animes! Like Detective School Q, even Death Note.. I’m not really an otaku but I like “guessing” while watching shows : )

2 days ago, I’ve finally revisited Nippori (Tokyo’s Fabric Town) after so long!

Book vending machine at the right~ wow  :blank:
