Last weekend, Anne, Mikee and I went to ManikaManila‘s bazaar (which is “Tiangge” in Filipino) to promote our event, Kawaii in Manila 2!

It was my first time to attend a local doll bazaar.. and I really had a great time!

It’s so fun to see a community with all the same hobby!

Kawaii Work Updates

Initially, I was planning to make a complete overhaul here ( but because of the moment of work I have to do (reason: I went out so much for the past 2-3 weeks for meet-ups :O)… I think I will just postpone it and keep the blog open again.

My list of “events / days to blog about” has become ridiculously LONG  so I will do my best to get and regain my pace back! Little by little.. TT_TT

I’m just going to announce important events..

.. and the most important one is that,

Kawaii in Manila 2 is going to happen!

(note: this is not the official poster, haha. just a screenshot of the convention website ^_^)

Event planning is super tedious but dekiru! (achievable)!! *positivity* haha~

To all interested partners (brand sponsors, merchants, exhibitors, artists, creatives, musicians, designers, etc.), help us build our database of all things kawaii by sending your contact details using the form @ ~

Also, I would like to present another project of “Kawaii Philippines” …

A Kawaii World by Kawaii.PH Bloggers

I’ve been teaching and helping my teammates / kawaii girls to unleash their ~kawaiiness~ through blogging! Can’t wait to release the remaining blogs soon!

Philippine ToyCon 2013: Superheroes and Kawaii?

Hello Rainbowholic friends!  Ohayou!

Here’s a major flashback Friday (or throwback Thursday in some countries)!  :star:

Thought I should post all the photos I’ve taken during our fun 3-day experience @ the Christmas ToyCon (when everyone was feeling rich & shopaholic because of Christmas bonuses, haha)~

Also, do watch out for the super throwback blog entry for Cosmania last October 2013, lol :))) Better late than never, right?

Enjoy, enjoy the colorful photos!

TOYCON PH: The Philippine Toys, Hobbies and Collectibles Convention  :star:

Seeing our standees make my heart doki doki~

Sometimes I’d still find it hard to believe that we’re being part of conventions already. ;_;

Kawaii in Manila Complete Documentation

Kawaii in Manila started out as a dream.

A product of careless conversation and wishful thinking among friends who love the Japanese culture of cute.

Before, we used to speak of grand dreams.

[vimeo width=”800″ height=”700″][/vimeo]

We wanted a kawaii convention where people from all over the world would gather together to celebrate the love of kawaii. We wanted for more Filipinos to learn about the concept of kawaii and how it is a lifestyle more than a simple word or adjective. We wanted for the Philippines to have a better appreciation of what kawaii really is.

These are our big dreams.
