Recording photoshop actions and batch processing; Photoshop
Need to resize and edit your 300+ photos in just a few minutes? Here’s a very helpful trick that I have been using for years whenever I would batch edit / process a set of photographs. Blame this trick for my photospam entries in my blog.
Recording Photoshop Actions
For this tutorial, I will be using an unedited Blythe photo.
First of all, open your image in photoshop.
Make sure that your actions window is open. If not, go to Window >> Actions.
This is an example of an Actions window.
For organization purposes, create a set with a name of your choice. Just pick a random name.

Masking; Photoshop
Every photomanipulator takes advantage of masking. If you want to delete a a background (without actually deleting it), masking is the solution.

For this tutorial, we will be using this pretty photo.

Since I want to make Sakura look like floating in the clouds, we’re going to use this cloud stock image I got from sxc.hu.

Ready your layers. The clouds should be on top of the Sakura photo.
